I had being noticing for years that a majority of students in every semester does not score in there exams as expected and hence I planned to keep aside the last 3 days at the end of the last semester as follows.
Dec/02/2013 - Exam Review, Dec/04/2013 - MOCK EXAM*, Dec/06/2013 - Review again with regard to the Mock Exam Results and compared it with The Final Exam on Dec/11/2013 and Dec/09/2013 respectively.
the following were the results.
Mat 121 section 37458 -- Average Mock Exam Score - 74%, Average Final Exam Score - 83%, Improvement - 9%
Mat 121 section 29072 -- Average Mock Exam Score - 77%, Average Final Exam Score - 85%, Improvement - 8%
* MOCK EXAM is an exam given to the same standards and conditions as the Real exam. It prepares a student for exam conditions and dicipline.

The mini-cycle of review, mock exam, review again, and final exam is a great idea! You took a concern you had, addressed it in a new way, and saw your results improve. My question is, did their final exam scores improve after implementing this new system? I'm betting they did, but would like to know.

Yeah, the % of improvement mentioned above is that of the Final exam. If time permits, this can be done for all the class exams too resulting better grades. Thank you for the comments.
Anilkumar, it's important for all of us to remember that actually taking the test helps practice recall, and reinforces long-term learning. Couple that with instant feedback and you have a winner.
