CPD 150 requires students to develop a resume. Previously students submitted resumes however, overall they have not been as professional as they should be.
Typically, students in CPD 150 do not have a resume. Students need a resume as they prepare for interviews, scholarships, and internships.
To implement this change students will be required to implement two additional activites to assist them in developing a resume that they can utilize as they prepare for a future interview, internship, scholarship opportunity, etc.
1. Students will work with a partner to peer edit their resume
2. Students will work with the CTC and have a representative review resume and offer suggestions for improvement.
No results have been derived. I will implement these changes in my Fall 2020 CPD 150 courses.
