Great job overall. The project is representative of the course objectives and overall goals of the class and program, but readers wouldn't know that from just the rubric. You should include the assignment/project paramaters as well in the CATS. As far as the rubric goes, I'd recommend a breaking down the scoring with criteria for approaching proficincy, meets expectations, and exceeds expectations - or something to that effect - so the students have an idea of expectations.
